Is the latest 4.8.3 work well with the latest macOS High Sierra? I'm currently running 4.7.8 with Sierra and want to upgrade to High Sierra.

I've an iMac, running High Sierra, and no issues at all with LR Timelapse functions.

You can always expect the latest version of LRTimelapse to work fine with the latest version of the OS.
But please, always use the latest LRTimelapse. Currently it's 4.8.3. I'm not supporting any older versions.
