Made a mistake and left IS on during a time lapse

So I was playing around and made a test time lapse and accidentally left IS on, on the lens.  I shot raw but obviously there is some wobble in the image.  I was think though this could be a good exercise for a problem time lapse.  My camera was locked down and the image was static.  What is the best way to fix this problem in post?  Is there a way to better align the raw files why they are full res before I drop them down to 16:9 and a lower res on output.  There is nothing major lost if I cant just figure it would be nice to see how well I can fix it in post!  Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Try a stabilizer like warp stabilizer in after effects or premiere pro. Final cut has one too I guess.
