Move-shoot-move vs Continuous Movement Threshold

Offline

Hello all! Question for you; I've got the full 3 axis Syrp Genie kit, and have recently started doing my timelapses in continuous movement rather than move shoot move due to the equipment shaking for each move. These have been timelapses with a relatively fast shutter speed, and haven't wanted to waste time doing a shoot with a longer shutterspeed using the continuous movement due to possible blur.

Who here shoots in continuous movement, and what have you found the threshold to be for shutter speed before your images aren't sharp anymore due to the movement?

If you set it up correctly, normally shoot move shoot shouldn't give any shakes. But the Syrp is definitely not the most stable motion control hardware, that's for sure. So if you get better results with continuous, why not using it.
