Movie rendering

Hi every body,
Hi Gunther,

I'm a new user of LR-T and i really like it !

I have a question about the movie rendering in Lightroom.

Is it normal that the process of movie rendering is slower with Lightroom than export all pictures, put together with Quicktime Pro and export the video ?
When I export the Video with Quicktime Pro, i use the H264 codec and maximum quality, resolution 1920/1080.
My config ( Mac book 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2 GO 1067 MHz DDR3, OS X 10.5.8/ Lightroom 3.3 )

Hi David,
welcome to the LRTimelapse-Community.

That might be. On windows the movie export from Lightroom ist fairly fast but I heard that on Mac it might be slower. If it's better for you to export jpgs and join them afterwards than go for it!

Best regards
Gunther
