I have watched the videos and read through the pdf. Uninstalled bata 3 and have been trying to make my first larger clip and must believe that I'm making an error somewhere.

1-I've imported my raw files into lightroom first.
2-Opened folder in LRT and followed all instructions as per the basic tutorial

All appears to be good up till I go and import the final metadata from the second stage of LRT. Upon update my key frames revert back to he original image but with the 6:19 crop. I've tried beta2 and LRTv2 with LR4 and LR5 and get the same results each time.

Question, should the first and last key frame remain the same as shown in LR before reloading for the second stage?

Could you just try starting over the whole process (with initializing), leave ot the deflicker and tell me if it works then.
