Hello all , 
i try to start a new project and it still keep showing the last 200 frames.
How can i remove that without deleting from drive?

I don't know if I understand.
Please try to start over by right clicking on the folder in LRTimelapse and “clear all LRTimelapse editing“. Start over with the workflow. See is this helps.

Otherwise could you please explain in detail what your problem is?
