I have recently had to upgrade to a new MacBook Pro
I have previously downloaded LRTimeLapse onto my old Mac
How do I go about installing it on my new one

Best would be to deativate the license on the old computer via Info / Licensing / Deactivate License.
Then download the license from your email (search for LRTimelapse License in your emails), download it and install it on the new computer as explained in the email that came with the license.
