Hi
Sorry but I must be doing something wrong. Have checked the faq, tried reinstalling DNG converter even started the program via cmd.
It just won't start and doesn't give any errors.

No errors nothing just goes into collapsed window after loading. Heard so much good about it, sad it doesn't even start when finally decided to try it Sad

Hi Spook,
I'm sure you'll get a reply soon.
I'm also sure you'll be asked for your system specs and Operating system and build number. If you reply with some more detail, your issue will get resolved more quickly.
Don't give up just yet :-)

There seems no errors at all. The log says everything is loaded perfectly but the program window is collapsed and can't be opened.

Please restart your computer. Then try again. If the problem persists, launch the LRTimelapse.CMD file from c:\program files\LRTimelapse 5

Paste the output of the console window into a reply here.

Hmm... Seems to be something special on your machine because I've never had a report like that before. It's strange.

Could you restart once more, then delete the folder Documents\LRTimelapse and try again?

Strange indeed. Could this be caused by Java version?
The window is collapsed after loading and all I can see is this window by Tab-switching the programs.

Restarted numerous times and even tried installing earlier versions both Java and Lrtimelapse.
Works fine on another PC I tested today.

Java shouldn't be relevant, because it's provided by LRTimelapse.
You might try to uninstall all individual java installations on that computer. Remember to restart after doing that.

In the past I had some reports, where a virus scanner was blocking the lauch process, see this faq: https://lrtimelapse.com/news/exiftool-wi...-defender/
You might try to disable your scanner and see if that helps. If so, add LRTimelapse and the whole folder in "Program Files" to the exceptions.
There is some other ideas for troubleshooting in this thread: https://forum.lrtimelapse.com/Thread-lrt...not-launch
You might check them out but I'm not sure if they apply to your case.
