Hallo, as user of Adobe products where it is allowed to install on 2 PCs (usually home PC and notebook) I wonder if this is allowed for LR TimeLapse as well.

Yes, you arte allowed to use each LRTimelapse license on up to two computers, regardless if Mac or pc.
