I have had good luck using dslr dashboard shooting Holy Grail for most videos. On one shoot, I had some flashing in the final processed video that I think resulted in adjusting the ISO too frequently. My mistake was in only shooting 3 frames or so between adjustments. Does anyone have a good rule of thumb for the number of frames to shoot between adjustments?

To be on the safe side, 5 step inbetween and changes in 1/3 steps should be fine.
