No more "Copy" & "Past". Use the "Previous" button located under the Develop screen. This will apply the previous changes that were made. It makes no difference where the image is located, it just applies the previous settings; all of them.

Take care if you use the advanced Holy Grail Workflow, where in the second step when applying the color corrections to the 4*-Keyframes you must not copy/paste the Exposure (because that has already been altered for the Holy Grail compensation).

But for the simple workflow, yes, this works.
