Exiftool is not working. Maybe some security software is blocking it. Try defining LRTimelapse and the exiftool.exe as exception and try again. It's definitely something on your system blocking the tool. Maybe you could try another computer too.

Nothing blocking it at all, if it was really blocking the exif tool i wouldnt be able to open it in Lightroom ?

Lightroom does not use Exiftool, only LRTimelapse does. Currently I'm out of ideas apart from killing all exif tool instances via task manager, reinstalling LRTimelapse, deactivating any Virusscanner that might be blocking the communication between LRT and Exiftool.
