I seem to get different colours in some frames. I have done the sync key frames, but it keeps happening. Some frames were redder than others. Any ideas?

Maybe you are applying too much editing?
If you synchronize the keyframes, the Lightroom settings are the same. But if you edit very strong, and use non linear tools like dehaze, Lightroom might edit different frames in a slightly different way. Try editing less. See this faq also: http://forum.lrtimelapse.com/Thread-what...htroom-acr
