I made a TL of a blossoming flower in portrait orientation. Surprinsingly, in LRT, some pictures are in landscape orientation. Is there a way to fix that in LRT or should I do the correction in LR after the whole treatment ? I tried to correct the orientation in LR before importing in LRT but it failed.

Normally, LRT should correctly detect the image orientation, if the metadata is correct, check out the orientation columns in the table, they should have the same values, if not, right click on the table header of the column and select "fill down".
But at the end, it's only important that you have the right orientation for all images in Lightroom before exporting the sequence.
