I just got the new Nikon z7 and the pro timer 2. While trying the set-up for the first time I noticed that the Z7 does not trigger correctly. It misses shots in a timelapse sequence. I read in the Pro timer 2 info that you can finetune release time and autofocus time. But before I start doing this, I wonder what the experiences are of the other z7 users in using the z7 & pro timer 2 combo. Did you have the same problem initially ? If so, how did you solve it ?

I'm really surprised to hear, that the camera is missing shots.
For me the LRT Pro Timer 2.5 works with the default settings on the Z7. Which interval did you test? Do you have the latest firmware installed on the timer?
