I just downloaded 4.7.6 and when I go to click out the pop out preview window because I like it in  it's own window it just disappears and I have to restart LR to get it to show up again. Where does it go? How do i get it back?

Maybe you had it opened on another screen and so those positions have been stored in the ini file.
To reset this, I'd recommend to delete the ini-file.

To do this:

• Open LRTimelapse
  
• Go to info / show log
  
• Check the second line of the log it should be similar to:
  [2017-05-28 10:44:47] DEBUG: Loading properties from C:\Users\gwegner\AppData\Roaming\LRTimelapse\user.props
  
• Copy the location of the ini file, in this case "C:\Users\gwegner\AppData\Roaming\LRTimelapse\"
  
• Close LRTimelapse (!)
  
• On windows: paste it into the location bar of your explorer
  
• On mac: open finder chose go/go to folder from the menu and paste the location
  
• delete the file user.props
  
• Launch LRTimelapse
