Problems redoing a timelapse in LRT4 previously done in LRT3

Just a follow-up question on this one; does this mean that the camera writes exact shutter values etc. to exif in M mode and rounded ones in A mode? If so, does it apply generally across camera makes?

That's my experience. In A mode you get a rather smooth blue curve (if you don't have much changes like clouds etc.) - but exif values in min. 1/3 stops. I can't speak for all cameras, but I expect it to be like this. For normal photography it just doesn't matter.

Do you know where I can see the exact shutter value? I've tried LRT and exifTool, but cant figure it out. I'm trying to understand what shutter times are recorded in exif when using bramping, but all I can find is 1/10 s etc. and I am looking for something like 0.103 s etc.

Or is it not stored with better accuracy?

They are not stored. If they would, LRTimelapse would use them. That's why you have to use deflicker, to optically smoothen this.
