I'm using lrtimelapse and is wonderfull, but i have several problems.
My first problem is:
I'm trying to defliker a video, but in the video tutorial you only defliker one point. I have a lot of points to correct and when I'm doing it and I finish the defliker, the video continue with fliker problems. I'm lost. I hope you can help me. I'm doing exactly the same as you in the video tutorial about defliker, but the problems are not fixed. Sorry for my english. I hope you can understand it.

Hi Javier,
when you activate deflicker it always deflickers the whole sequence.
It's crucial to set the reference area correctly, like explained in the Deflicker Tutorial and in my Ebook.
Depending on the type and amount of flicker that you have, you might have to apply a 2-pass-deflicker, that's explained in the ebook as well.

Maybe you can post a screenshot of your LRTimelapse (drag the preview a bit bigger) - that would make it easier to judge your problem.
