The Case Relay has max. 2A output but what's really possible depends on the input - with 5V 2,1A you can't get 7.x V and 2A. With putting 10,2W in a box and getting 40% more aout of it, a big problem of our worls were solved and Tether Tools the most valuable company in the world ;-) It's just a normal Type A USB, no word on QC-standard, so I have no glue how they will provide "DC 7V to 9V depending on the camera’s need. Up to 2A" as stated on their website.
Ahh yes - take a look at https://gwegner.de/know-how/qc-powerbank...p-adapter/ (german but nor problem to translate I think) and here https://tlpbf.de/komponenten/ you can get a better tool for half of the price - again german(y).
