My client has asked for the sequences I shot for them as Quick Time MOV files. I don't have much experience with this format. I don't believe I can render straight out of LRT in this format.

What would people suggest to be the best way to get the highest quality MOV files from these sequences?
Would After effects be the best option? If so what additional settings would you recommend?

That would be the Prores Option in LRTimelapse Pro. Those files should be what your client asks for!
