Sure, you could run your exported intermediary sequence though DXO, export them again as image sequences and render then.
But IMHO it's not worth the effort. In the fast playback of a timelapse, you'll see much less noise, especially when rendered with the "Motion Blur Plus" option. I'd recommend to use the LR noise reduction and then Motion Blur Plus - that will give you the best results possible with your footage already.
Please consider not writing everything in CAPS here in the forum next time.
