Is there anyway to not generate black first and last frames on final export? I would like to either not generate the black frames or be able to remove or delete the black frames automatically, since the resulting image in icon is black, and I cannot see the first picture of the video. Have a picture as the poster frame helps to visually discriminate between videos by just looking at the icon. Also, it means every clip usually has to have the first two and last two frames deleted since the second and second-to-last frames are darker. Currently, I have to use my movie editing program to set a poster frame to make the image icon usable.

unfortunately this is a lightroom issue, I cannot do anything about it, sorry. I agree with you that this is annoying.
