Render video without going thru LR

Currently not easily, I'm sorry.
As a work around you could use a renaming tool to rename them to "LRT_00001.jpg", "LRT_00002.jpg" etc. and put them into a folder called "LRT_MyGoPro_Files" - only the LRT_ at the beginning is important. Then you can use "File/Render Video" in LRTimelapse to render the sequence directly.
