Rendered videos are all white except for 720p

Offline
#1 Warg44
Hello,

I've searched the FAQ and forum but did not find an answer.

When rendering a video from Lightroom, the videos turn out as completely white frames except when rendered as 720p resolution.

All of the intermediate frames are present in the folder as .jpg files.

720p seems to work fine, but 1080p, 3K, and 4K turn out as just white frames.

Logfile is below.  Screen capture showing file thumbnails attached.

Any help greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

Obviously you are ignoring the warning that you get in the render dialog and that is reflected in the log file too:

INFO: Info: using Level MP4/H.264 Level 5.2 encoding. Older Programs might not be able to play/process this footage. (333250560 > 251658240)

Most likely you are rendering in 3:2 aspect ratio, which is not so widely supported. The videos are most likely correct, it's just the player.
I assume that the clips will play perfectly in a video editor. For playback on windows I'd recommend mpc player: https://mpc-hc.org/

Thank you! When I checked the "force 16:9" box, the output came out perfectly. Sorry for the dumb question but I truly appreciate your quick and helpful reply. Thanks!
