Rendered videos don't play in VLC, Quicktime

Hi i wonder if I'm saving from LRTPro improperly... the filename (and settings) are 20210221_Sangay_Sunset_h264-422_BT709L_4KUHD_29.97_VHQ.mp4

Codecs: h.264
Color profile: HD (1-1-1)

Is there any other info i can provide to help determine why VLC playhead steps ahead but the image stays on the first frame, and Quicktime says 'The file isn’t compatible with QuickTime Player."?

Using lrtpro 5.5.6 on catalina 0.15.7 (19H524).

Cheers

Try using 420 color encoding and maybe lower the quality one or two steps. See if that helps.
For a player 420 is sufficient. Any good video editing program like Davinci Resolve will be able to process the higher qualities and color samplings also.
