Hi,

Just wondering, if any of you have encountered the following problem; after rendering a movie to an .mp4 it re-plays fine on the pc that it has been created, but as soon as it is transferred to a USB stick and try to show your masterpiece to someone else on a different pc it an error message pops up saying that the file extension is unknown or the file may be corrupted, thought it has played with no problem,  from the USB, on the same pc that you created it on.

Obviously the other pc is not configured properly.
