Any video editing program can reverse a sequence. That's why I suggest to work with the sequence in the right order in LR/LRT, export and render and then do the reversing in the video editing program. Usually you will combine different clips with music anyway when making a film, so it will be one click in the video editor to reverse a single sequence.
