Just curious if anyone has incorporated an Emotimo head with a rhino slider for 3-axis control and any reviews of how it went.

No problem at all. eMotimo sells an adaptor that allows to directly connect the ST4 to a Rhino EVO motor. Rhino is a bit limited in angled or vertical movements, but apart from that the ST 4 and EVO slider play well.
