Is it possible to download files to a local folder as a TL sequence is being shot? I am running DD on a Win 8.1 tablet and it works perfectly with Nikon WiFi and USB connections. I am just about to set off on a six week shooting trip to and would like to save all TL files directly to a USB portable 2Tb drive.

During TL shot the download would slow down the communication.
You can download it after.
In settings you can change the folder so you can set the local path to a folder on your 2TB drive.
Also if you can use USB connection for transfer as it will be faster.
