Just out of couriosity - after having done the final corrections (deflickering) in LRT and reloading in LR, I was half expecting to observe the changes done LRT in the LR Develop module, i.e. see the exposure sliding up and down according to the corrections done by LRT. Are these changes by LRT visible anywhere in Lightroom?

No, the corrections for Deflicker and Holy Grail are not visible on any LR sliders (only visually in the resulting image) since they are being applied on invisible background layers.
