Select Frames by Date and Time

I have a year long collection of frames taken one per minute 24/7. The scene is landscape to show changing seasons. For the final video, I only want to use images taken between 10am and noon local time. It is very tedious to look at ½ million frames and manually select the ones I want to use.

Anyone have an app or another idea to get the computer do the sorting? The files are labeled with the time stamp. i.e. 20140402172356 (yyyymmddhhmmss)

Just using date/time is mostly not enough, that's why I created the "Filter" in the "Long Term Workflow". With this you can select your images by criteria, like luminosity, contrast and hue.
I will still make a new tutorial, because this vastly improved in LRT4 - but you can find a tutorial for LRT3 here:
