Hi, any reason why these spikes are happening? It seems LRtimelapse is not doing any metadata to them and I do not know why.

Hard to say with only that screenshot.
Please try starting the workflow from scratch: remove the sequence from lightroom and restart the workflow on LRTimelapse with Metadata/Initialize.
Make sure that you have the latest Adobe Dng Converter and Lightroom Classic installed.

If the problems persist, please send the log file after doing the workflow (info menu).
