I thought of that, but I've just processed about 9 timelapses before this one using the same workflow and I don't think it was something I was doing. Especially after downgrading to Adobe DNG Converter, which fixed my issue. I'm 2 major version behind on my Mac OSX (10.11.6) and I think that's the more likely suspect.
