Batch operations for Preview Creation, Deflicker and Multipass-Deflicker to speed up the workflow when editing multiple sequences.
I did go there before posting. I am unclear as to if this only referring to batch operations? As unfamiliar user how does this affect the Private version when it comes to deflickering a sequence of time lapse sills. FYI I general work in Tiff files.

You cannot work with TIFF files as sources in LRTimelapse. You should use Raw files.
Later then, after editing in LRT/LR, you can decide to export TIFF files (with LRT PRO) or JPG files (with Private or free).

Deflicker is included in all versions, but with a Pro license, you can do batch deflickering which allows you to put several sequences into a batch queue for deflickering. With the free or private version, you need to do them one by one.

You can see what "Batch operations" mean in my tutorial about speeding up editing of multiple sequences on https://lrtimelapse.com/tutorial/advanced
