Not sure if its me, but I don't remember this really being an issue until now. I'm seeing a strange "radial" or "spin" transition after I apply the Visual Deflicker. Has anyone encountered this before? Did I miss something and actually apply this myself somehow? I'm wondering if its actually the gradient filters moving possibly? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. ?

Most likely you have messed something up with the gradients. As always: only use the predefined gradients, don't delete any gradients, don't add new ones. I'd suggest to redo the sequence. Make sure to select "Metadata/Initialize" in LRTimelapse to bring everything back to a clean start.
