Im pretty new at this. Is there a way to swap out images in LRtimeLapse in a sequence that has already been auto transitioned. I want to rearrange the images while keeping the meta data the same. The issue is I have an ending of about 100 of the same pics that I am using as a fade out. I have decided that I would preffer a little animation in this sequence by changing out some the images with others from the project to give it a bit of life. However, I have not been able to figure out how to do this without starting all over.

Is there a way to do this in LRtimeLapse/Lightroom5?

I wouldn't suggest just exchanging the images, you might run into a lot of troubles. Doing the sequence from start will, in my opinion, be the quicker and less frustrating way for your - not so common - idea.
