I was given the opportunity to prepare a short record video of a charity event at "the Club" in Abu Dhabi, but wanted to introduce timelapse into something intended for easy viewing by members. It was time limited as the charity swim required coastguard support to make the 250m channel safe from small boat traffic for the swimmers, and to display on the club site only 5 days were available for editing and compilation. (tough when I already have a day job). Out of interest we shot in addition to 6081 timelapse shots, 8 video clips and 1544 stills in 4 hrs. Out of those I used 4 edited Gopro clips, all of the timelapse shots and 191 of the stills, with the support of 3 other club members.

As I explore ways to use timelapse in future, this was an interesting and enjoyable experience which I thought to share. This is the result,
