Completely stuck.

I've uninstalled LRT, reinstalled the most current Adobe DNG converter, rebooted, burnt incense, and am about to threaten my machine with a car battery, cables, and implied jump start.

Uninstalling LRT is not a full nor clean uninstall, as it remembers my license info, etc.

While trying to solve another issue (already logged on this forum), I attempted to create a TL via direct JPG render.

NOTES
1. Adobe LR is not involved, I have a folder full of JPGs ready to be used.
2. I've tried shorting the source and destination paths: no good.
3. I've tried using JPGs directly: no good.

Getting the following error 100% of the time:
The video encoder returned error.: -1073741819
