I want to get visual previews and do deflicker after editing my keyframes.
I get this message, and as you can see I am not using jgs I am using .NEF
Any ideas on how I can get around this?

Please check the folder in explorer/finder. I'm sure that there is at least one jpg file inside that folder. Please remove it/them. Then load the folder again into LRT.
Please note, that LRT4 is out of support. You should consider upgrading to LRTimelapse 5, which is the supported version with many, many improvements.
