TIF support for HDR time-lapse

#1 astrophoto
Now LRTimelapse support RAW and JPG only.
I think TIF support is needed.
It is for HDR time-lapse. when i shoot 3 images for HDR time-lapse, then it combines to TIF sequence...

I concur, 16-bit TIFFs would be nice! I just stumbled across this program a few days ago and so far I'm very impressed with it! I do HDR timelapses and prefer 16-bit zip-compressed TIFFs (lossless) in Lightroom for more exposure range compared to 8-bit compressed (lossy) JPEGs.

Hi,
I have just posted a workflow that works around the need to have 16 bit tiff support in the LrTimelapse. The post is in the work flow part of the forum entitled “HDR Timelapse Workflow Question.” Here is a link: http://forum.lrtimelapse.com/Thread-hdr-...w-question

Hope this helps.

I'm getting some serious flicker from the HDR-conversion even with the requested workflows. Additionally when using jpegs as source images, it's best to do the noise removal with 16bit tiffs. So tiff support would in many cases both speed up the whole process and result in better quality timelapses. It would be awesome, really!
