Timeless Night - Chasing the Aurora. Northern Lights in Northern Norway

Hi there
This short time-lapse film describes the winter light during the "dark-time" as experienced north of the Arctic Circle. During this period the sun does not rise for several weeks. The only natural light available is from the stars, the moon and, of course, the Northern Lights.
I have used LR Timelapse in the processing of all sequences :-)

Thanks

I currently use a Canon 5d II with 24mm f1.4 and a Canon 7d with Tokina 11-16mm f2.8. Planning on upgrading to 5d mkIII when I can afford it.

Actually I do, they are on youtube, just search fableblue2010. But they are more of getting familiar with a process and technique, my latest I posted here, also.

Beautifully captured. Very relaxing and flawless as far as I could see on Vimeo. I love auroras and every time I hear of a sun flare I am sick being trapped here in Germany.

Thanks. I really like your film "Magnificent Aurora Borealis" :-). You must have spent a lot of time collecting all the sequences. Greenland and Iceland are on my wish list.
