Hi, I have the tp-link 3040 setup with an older Samsung 10in tablet. It works fine. Is there any advantage to using that versus the d750 Wi-Fi for communications with the qDSLR dashboard? Chris

Maybe the reach is a bit longer. But if your camera has internal wifi, I'd prefer it because it's easier to setup.

But even with the internal WiFi, you'd need the Tablet and qDslrDashboard...

Sorry - I wasn't very clear. I have both the older Samsung Tab 10.1, as well as a newer iPad 6. Since I have the 6, I won't need the older Samsung. I only have kept it for the qDSLRDashboard for the past 6 years, and only now getting back to timelapses!
