I've never seen that error before. Maybe you could just start over the whole process by initializing the sequence in LRT (Metadata-Initialize) and then redo the whole process like explained in the workflow description.

Started from scratch and it works fine now, thanks Gunther. I have no idea what I did wrong the first time around...
