Hello - can I create a vertical video? I used LR to rotate the images left (vertical) and when I exported to LRT they went back to landscape. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank You!

No, this is not directly supported.
You'll have to process it in landscape and then rotate it later in a video processor.
