Very poor color rendering

Last week when I was traveling and using my MacBook Pro I processed a time-lapse using LRT and output the video. The output colors were very muted compared to what I saw in Lightroom. I thought maybe I did something wrong. Today, I am using my iMac to process a time lapse and the same thing is happening. When I output the actual video it matches LRT's playback screen and not what I see in Lightroom. It takes a long time to render videos so I need to figure this out quickly or I won't be able to use LRT. Here are two screen shots, the vibrant one from Lightroom and the muted one from LRT.

Thoughts?

I have not had this issue before. Perhaps after upgrading LR. I cannot find the advanced area in LRT to check which color space it is using. Lightroom uses Pro Color but I have changed that to Adobe RGB. Where would I make sure LRT is the same? Again, I have not had this issue before. It's new.

Try exporting in sRGB from Lightroom and see if that helps. Nothing changed in LRTimelapse regarding this.
