Hi,
I not a new (and registered) user to LRT but this is new to me...
I have 300 pictures in a folder. These pictures are already loaded into LR.
I put only 3 key frames in LRT. Save. Goto LR, reload all images to read metadata. Adjust the 4* keyframes, save metadata, go back to LRT, autotransition, and then visual extracts. But while it usally works perfectly, the program runs for quite a long time and finishes by a red "err" in front of the three key frames and not a single picture is adjusted, not even the key frames.

I have deleted all the xmp, deleted the LRT folder, synch the LR folder to be sure and starded again. Same punishment.
I tried on another set of pictures, same problem.

My config :
LRT 6.1.1
windows 11
LRC 11.5

Any idea ?


In addition : this workflow is the one that I use since ... I cannot even remember ! I have always done as that.

Please send me the log file after the errors appear.

As a work aroung: try closing LRT when the errors (DNG Converter Timeouts) start to appear, and then open LRT again, reload the sequence and directly activate the Visual Previews. See if they generate then.

I'm currently evaluating why this seem to happen in rare cases (unfortunately it's hard to reproduce).

I solved it deleting all the files from LR, the LRT folder and XMP and started all over again without importing first in LR. It worked but I still can figure out why my classic workflow does not work anymore. If the XMP are created by LR before LRT, does this have an impact ?
