I'm starting to get familiar with LRTimelapse and Lightroom. Although I still have trouble adjusting the camera settings for big changes in the light. I always get shake, I can do it when I hook up my MacBook and use Camera Control 2 and then an intervalometer.

Thanks Gunther, I watched that. Pretty Cool. Pretty good solution. But they need to make an intravolmeter with camera adjustments on it.
