When I export pictures from lightroom I have a probem. it's not my forst timelapse . Then I clean my computer to all 100% . Later I instal back all programms and now this dont work.

The error message is quite clear: Your Outputpath contains characters that are not supported. You are using czech special characters, please use regular ascii (english) characters only. This means you should not set the output path to your user dir because your Username has a special character too.
Use F:\My Timelapse Work\Finished Sequences or similar.
