Full Version: Render Preview Video - exports in filename order not capture time

I just exported a sequence to 'Render Preview Video'.
I had not updated the raw file names so the sequence ran ARW09559.ARW - ARW00754.ARW.
LR Time Lapse recognises by capture time that the sequence hit 'ARW09999.ARW' and then reset to 0
So effectively plays as intended.

However when exporting a Render Preview Video it started the sequence at '0' and ended on '9999'
I had a similar problem, I'm wondering if the file naming is the issue. In LR timelapse and in Lightroom the sequence is in the correct capture order but the rendered preview video has them out of order. Is this because of file naming?
Hi.
Did the problem ever get solved? I'm having the same issue at the moment.
In LRT everything is in the right order in Lightroom too,
but after rendering the video the files with the lowest numerical file number get shown first.

So my questions are,

is the problem in Lightroom or LRT
and how are the photos ordered,

by their file name (low to high)

or by their time stamp (oldest to newest),

and what is the workaround?
