After Processing all images in LRT and LRT when I attempt to create files for rendering I get this:
[image not properly embedded]
and not files created, any help is appreciated. Only started after upgrading to LRT 5.

Screen grab doesn't show, this is what it says: "You have selected a parent folder instead of child folder(s). Please always select the direct folder which contains your images."
So, the message tells you what to do: select the direct folder with your images in the Lightroom folder tree, not a parent folder. Then try again. Do not change the selection, while LRTimelapse is still preparing the export.
I am selecting the folder with the images in it.
Just found the solution, I hope....
Noticed a dialogue box instructing to right click on image in LR then highlight go to image in folder... seems to be working.
Yeah, like always: the original folder has to be selected. It's always good to follow the advices in the dialogs. :-)
